DESQ WiFi Terms of Service

By using the WiFi, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service. These incorporate the Terms and Conditions of Use, the WiFi Acceptable and Fair Use Policy, and the WiFi Privacy Policy.

A. WiFi Terms and Conditions of Use

Before connecting to DESQ WiFi, please read these terms and conditions carefully (the “Terms”). These Terms along with our Privacy Policy make up the terms and conditions for use of DESQ WiFi. We may make changes to these Terms from time to time, so we recommend that you review these regularly. The terms “we”, “our” and “us” when used in these Terms means DESQ. The terms “you”, “your”, “yours”, “buyer” when used in these Terms means you as a user of DESQ WiFi as the context requires. By connecting to DESQ Wifi you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to all the terms.

Using DESQ WiFi

DESQ WiFi is an included service available without additional charge for our members during their reservations with us. You can continue to use DESQ WiFi free of charge as long as you continue to accept our Terms.

If you are in any DESQ service area, you can connect to the DESQ WiFi using a compatible phone or computer device with wireless LAN. We do not guarantee that DESQ WiFi will be compatible with all hardware types and devices nor guarantee device connectivity.

To connect to DESQ WiFi you will not need to provide any personal information however personal details from your reservation and the device you are using to connect to our network will be recorded.

DESQ WiFi is intended for browsing the internet and using apps.

We are not responsible for the content of websites you visit whilst using DESQ WiFi. We may at our sole discretion restrict access to certain features and websites. If you have any concerns about this or require any further information you can contact us at legal@desqapp.com .

Your use of DESQ WiFi is limited to 24 hours after which time your connection will end. You can subsequently reconnect to start another session.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to DESQ WiFi and we may suspend the service at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

DESQ WiFi is not a secure network and we are not responsible for the security of the information and data which you transmit using DESQ WiFi. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information or data obtained from the internet using DESQ WiFi.

How we use your information

By using DESQ WiFi you agree that your device details will be stored.

Any activity you undertake on the DESQ WiFi network will be logged against your device details. We use that data to monitor compliance with these Terms, to prevent and detect crime and to monitor usage of DESQ WiFi. We reserve the right to report on any activity undertaken on DESQ WiFi and where necessary restrict or block access to a person, account, website or device.

Our liability to you

  • We shall not be liable for loss of income or revenue.
  • We shall not be liable for loss of business.
  • We shall not be liable for loss of profits or contracts.
  • We shall not be liable for loss of anticipated savings.
  • We shall not be liable for loss of opportunity or goodwill.
  • We shall not be liable for loss of, damage to, or corruption, of data.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

What you must not do on DESQ WiFi

  • Use DESQ WiFi for any unlawful or illegal purpose.
  • Use DESQ WiFi for any commercial purposes.
  • Interrupt or damage DESQ WiFi in any way.
  • Use DESQ WiFi for sending viruses, offensive material, or infringing rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to DESQ WiFi if we reasonably believe you are misusing it.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from all claims, losses, damages, and legal fees resulting from your use of DESQ WiFi.

General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

WiFi Acceptable and Fair Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our WiFi service for:

  • Illegal activities or violating laws.
  • Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.
  • Accessing, monitoring, or tampering with data without authority.
  • Compromising network security.
  • Sending unsolicited advertising or spam.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any breach of this policy.

Fair Use

Our WiFi is intended for email, messaging, and browsing. Heavy usage may be restricted.

WiFi Privacy Policy

We collect your device details and activity to improve services and for security purposes.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our DESQ Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy.

We take steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee full security due to the nature of the internet.

Your Rights

You may request access to your data for a small fee and request corrections to inaccuracies.

Changes to Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. You should review it periodically.
